Program Description
This 24-week program provides students with a pathway to employment as a workplace technology support specialist. The certificate is a sound basis for further education and impactful careers in technology systems in business and community settings. A critical analysis of cultures and communities allows graduates to further their leadership skills in building digital infastructure.
Career Path
The program provides training for entry into the position of Workplace Technology Support Specialist. In this occupation you may use established systems and protocals to install, troubleshoot and configure enterprise computer software and network devices. You may also deliver online presence and support for medium and small business. Other related occupations include Database Administrator, Information Systems Testing Technician and Computer and Information Systems Manager.
