In this one-day tourism workshop, participants learn about providing excellent customer service in the Indigenous tourism industry, which continues to grow across Canada. This workshop is designed to celebrate the culture and community of Indigenous people while covering various topics including how to master communication and interpersonal skills and learn about the hospitality industry.
