For rentals outside NEC regular business hours, 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, there is an additional charge for building supervision/ security of $15/hr
Discounted rates are available for long-term rentals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can rent?
Any individual or organization can rent, based on availability, provided they will conduct their business in a respectful manner within our longhouse.
Alcohol?
No alcohol or drugs are permitted in or on our property.
Food Service?
Yes, you can serve food however we do not have kitchen amenities available for food preparation. We do have an onsite caterer. Please ask for information.
