PHCProgram Description

Pathways to Health Careers is designed to help Indigenous learners prepare to further their post-secondary studies in health sciences.  Learners gain a better understanding about the Canadian and provincial health care system and explore different health care professions. This program is a reputable bridging program to other post-secondary schools offering health science programs in British Columbia.

Career Path

Our graduates continue their post-secondary education at Native Education College by enrolling in the Health Care Assistant program or pursue another educational path at a different post-secondary school.

  • High school transcripts
  • English 11 grade “C” or completed written CAAT assessment
  • Math 10 grade “C”
  • Interview with Program Coordinator
