The borrower in consideration of being granted FVRC loan privileges agrees:

  1. that videotapes and materials borrowed from the FVRC are for education purposes only and shall not be copied or exhibited in any place for private or public entertainment.
  2. to exercise care to ensure against loss or damage of materials on loan; not to repair or tamper with said materials in any way; to return materials on time and intact to FVRC in person or by Canada Post Registered Mail.
  3. to pay the replacement cost of materials lost or damaged while in possession.
