Family Violence Resource Centre (FVRC)

The Family Violence Resource Centre was developed to meet the need of Aboriginal communities to have access to resources on violence in relationships and sexualized abuse.

The FVRC Library (coming soon) has a collection of books and videos regarding social and community issues with a focus on Aboriginal content. Our current mandate is to provide free library and counselling resources to people across British Columbia.

The FVRC provides respectful and confidential counselling services by a registered clinical counsellor; education, intervention and prevention workshops; information and referrals; resource books, journals and videos; and up to date resource information on therapeutic interventions and educational workshops
