"As a former student of the Native Education College, I was asked to say a few words about my experience there as a student.

"I, Richard Willier, spent the 1993-94 school year (September 1993 until graduating in mid-July 1994) at the Native Education College, taking the Criminal Justice Studies certificate program.

"I started in the fall of 1994 at the Native Education College. I graduated with a certificate from Native Public Administration Program in 1995.
